Orders & Payments:
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been started.
Processing Time:
All items are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 23–48 hours for processing before shipment.
Please note: Snow globe cups require proper curing time. The glitter and liquid must settle for at least 23–48 hours to ensure quality and durability before your order can be completed.Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Handmade Disclaimer:
Each cup is individually handmade and may have slight imperfections such as small bubbles, variations in glitter, or minor differences in design. These are not considered defects, but part of what makes each item unique.
Cup Care Instructions:
To ensure the longevity of your snow globe cup:
• Cold drinks only
• Do not microwave
• Do not place in dishwasher
• Hand wash gently
• Avoid dropping or rough handling
• Decorated lids should be handled with care and not soaked
Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage, and we are not responsible for misuse.
Liability
By purchasing, you acknowledge that improper use of the product may result in damage, and you agree that our shop is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse.
